When it’s Freezing

As New York plunges into a scene straight out of The Day After Tomorrow, I find myself increasingly confronted by poor outerwear choices. It’s seriously cold and things like bombers and vests aren’t realistic below 50°F. Even overcoats now require heavy-duty layering, making them cumbersome and annoying. (Also let’s make this quick and please just not when it comes to leather.)

My solution to counter winter’s bite? Easy! Grab Woolrich’s Arctic Parka. I’ve owned one for a few years and it’s always my first choice for when things get extra crisp. Originally worn by pipeline workers in Northern Alaska, Woolrich’s Teflon-coated, duck-down filled parka is built to ensure serious insulation, no matter the conditions. And if that’s not enough for you, imagine wearing your duvet around town. Sold?
